Enrolment

Enrolment is restricted to students 18 years old or over, except by special arrangement.

Any property belonging to students is brought to Rosie Davies at Penny’s Mill at the student’s own risk and the proprietors accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of any student, nor do they accept any liability for any personal injury to any student except such as imposed by statute. Rosie Davies at Penny’s Mill does not accept responsibility for any injury to any student when not on the property.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the highest standards during their residential course and the proprietors reserve the right to order any student to leave without reimbursement of fees if the student does not observe such standards and any regulations imposed by the proprietors or is guilty of unreasonable or improper conduct.

A non-returnable deposit of £500 is payable on submission of the enrolment form. This enrolment fee will be returned if for any reason the enrolment is not accepted.

All fees are payable in full six weeks in advance. If fees are not paid by this time, the enrolment will lapse and a student’s place on the course may be lost. If written notice of cancellation is received at any time prior to four weeks before the start of the course, any fees already paid will be returnable subject to the deduction of the enrolment fee.

Students are advised to take out their own insurance against cancellation for reasons outside their control.

We reserve the right to make any alterations to fees, dates, course contents and accommodation as may become necessary. Enrolled students will be notified immediately of any such changes.
